Information you choose to provide

We do not offer website accounts. If you email, call or use an available workflow inquiry form, we receive the information you choose to share and use it to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, and maintain appropriate business records. A form asks for your name, email, company, a short business summary and an optional timeline. Please do not include patient records, passwords, payment details or confidential customer information.

Form delivery stays off until an email service is connected. When enabled, form details pass through our email-delivery provider to our business inbox. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing messages. A send confirmation means the email service accepted the request, not that a person has read it.

Website and hosting data

Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals, to deliver and protect the site. We do not sell personal information or use this website to build advertising profiles.

The inquiry form adds no cookies or audience tracking. When enabled, it uses a temporary, protected network marker to limit spam. That marker is held briefly in server memory, is not included in inquiry emails, and is not used to follow you around the website.

Public demonstrations

Porter and Custos are evaluation environments with their own visible boundaries. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or production information unless we have explicitly agreed on an authorized evaluation.

Retention and choices

We keep correspondence and business records only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security, legal obligations, or an active engagement. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided by emailing us. Applicable rights depend on where you live.

Changes

We will update the effective date when this notice changes materially.
