Website terms.

These terms govern use of aintellectsolutions.com and the public demonstrations linked from it. A signed proposal, statement of work, or other agreement governs any paid engagement and controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

Evaluation use

The site and demonstrations are provided to explain and evaluate our work. Do not misuse them, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, or submit confidential, regulated, unlawful, or third-party information you are not entitled to use.

No production commitment

Demonstrations are not a promise of uninterrupted availability, a production service level, or fitness for a particular business purpose. Scope, security requirements, performance, ownership, fees, support, and warranties are defined separately for each engagement.

Intellectual property

AIntellect and its licensors retain rights in the website, demonstrations, branding, and original materials. You may view and evaluate them for legitimate business purposes, but may not copy, resell, or misrepresent them as your own.
